Court approval to award UK bond tape contract sought by FCA, amid legal challenge

The suspension order was triggered after UK-based Ediphy — which also participated in the bond tape competition process — filed a legal challenge against the FCA over the bond tape award process. The tape will be the UK's first ever data repository for bond-trading data.The UK Financial Conduct Authority has asked the High Court to lift the suspension on the awarding of the bond consolidated tape, so that it can enter into a contract with selected provider Etrading Software....
