Consolidated Tape Providers see new EU supervision rules published

( September 2, 2025, 10:26 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Two EU implementing texts regarding Consolidated Tape Providers were published today in the Official Journal of the EU. The first “delegated regulation” deals with fees that CTPs must pay for supervision by the European Securities Markets Authority. The second one amends the “rules of procedure for the exercise of the power to impose fines or periodic penalty payments by ESMA,” to ensure that it “covers all data reporting service providers,” including CTPs.See attached delegated regulations and official links here and here....
