The LSE today published its Pisces rulebook, cautioning investors that the system is “significantly different” from public markets, with fewer disclosures and without the usual regulatory obligations on companies.The UK's Financial Conduct Authority has approved the London Stock Exchange to operate what it described as the world’s first regulated private stock market, in a move aimed at boosting growth and widening access to fast-growing companies....
