UK insurers see start date for prudential watchdog's stress test

( July 18, 2025, 13:55 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: UK insurers have received an update on the Prudential Regulation Authority's stress test start date. The 2026 Dynamic General Insurance Stress Test will commence in May 2026. The test will cover 80 percent of Britain's insurers, including several of the largest UK branches. The watchdog, which is the regulatory arm of the Bank of England, said that participating firms will be invited to attend a workshop in September that will provide additional details on logistics.Statement is attached....
