UK's private stock market opens as watchdog issues final rules

( June 10, 2025, 09:00 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The sandbox for the UK's Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System, a new type of platform where shares in private companies can be traded, opened today as the Financial Conduct Authority released its final rules. The private stock exchange, dubbed Pisces, will be open to institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals, sophisticated investors and employees of participating companies.
