UK pension investment review published by finance ministry

The government's plan is to see the consolidation of Local Government Pension Schemes and multi-employer defined contribution pension schemes into funds managing at least 25 billion pounds. The ministry argued that the move will save funds up to 1 billion pounds per year through economies of scale.
