UK watchdog provides more details on private stock market testing environment

( May 28, 2025, 08:56 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK's Financial Conduct Authority set out the initial details regarding the testing environment for the Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System. The sandbox will run until June 2030 and aims to allow entities hosting a PISCES platform to test out various business models.
