EU ESG rating providers consulted on disclosure rules, risk-mitigation measures

The rules cover the information that ESG rating providers must include in their authorization applications, measures to mitigate conflicts of interest, and details of what they should disclose to the public, rated items and issuers of rated items, as well as users of ESG ratings.
