UK financial watchdog confirms it will ‘name and shame’ only unregulated firms

By Phoebe Seers ( March 12, 2025, 10:59 GMT | Insight) -- The UK’s financial services watchdog has confirmed it will scrap the most controversial aspects of its proposal to  "name and shame" companies that come under investigation but will go ahead with plans to name unregulated firms under investigation and to confirm investigations that are already public.
