‘Landslide’ of Oasis ticket scams found on Facebook, UK bank Lloyds says

Analysis of scam reports made by its own customers found that 70 percent of all reported concert ticket scams were related to the purchase of Oasis tickets, and that victims lost an average of 343 pounds (around $440). Lloyds said that a “simple search” of Facebook reveals numerous unofficial groups dedicated to buying and selling Oasis tickets, notwithstanding Meta’s policy that the sale of concert tickets is not allowed on its platform....
