US CFTC to explore EU-authorized venues' qualifications for US recognition

By Neil Roland ( September 8, 2025, 23:27 GMT | Insight) -- The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission will explore whether trading platforms authorized by the EU Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation, or similar crypto regimes, would qualify for US recognition, acting Chair Caroline Pham said.
