EU 'omnibus' law to ease corporate reporting still needs tweaks, governments say

They have not reached a final agreement on it, and several are asking for more tweaks, according to comments seen by MLex. Several member states are asking for further simplification, while Spain remains intent on seeing more key issues discussed.How to alleviate the EU's corporate reporting obligations remains a sticking point for EU governments, which have yet to agree on a compromise text of a draft "omnibus" directive intended to reduce the burden, a negotiation document seen by MLex shows....
