Japan's financial sector urged to prepare for AI-powered cyberattacks

Citing the possibility that numerous vulnerabilities could be discovered simultaneously and require large-scale patching efforts, the Financial Services Agency and a Bank of Japan official called on financial institutions to take proactive measures.
