The European Commission has prepared notes, seen by MLex, on those issues to facilitate these very complex talks, outlining concerns including potential exemptions to the rules for securities backed by auto loans.EU lawmakers and governments already know that their third negotiating meeting on a revamped securitization framework — scheduled for Sept. 29 — is not expected to be conclusive. Another meeting is scheduled for Oct. 21, MLex has learned....
