Reporting framework for EU firms using foreign clearinghouses open for feedback

The consultation — on regulatory technical standards and implementing technical standards to implement this reporting requirement under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation — aims to improve supervisory visibility of EU firms' exposures to recognized non-EU CCPs.
