Ireland is steering focused negotiations on core provisions — including the scope of entities under ESMA supervision, governance and trading rules —to prevent scope creep.EU countries haven't agreed just yet on key provisions for reforms to improve cross-border settlement and services and further integrate the bloc's market supervision....
