Bank of London, parent company fined £2m for misleading prudential watchdog

( March 24, 2026, 10:38 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Bank of London Group Limited and its parent company Oplyse Holdings Limited have been fined £2 million for misleading the Prudential Regulation Authority over their capital positions and failing to act with integrity or cooperating. It is the first time the PRA has fined a firm for failing to conduct its business with integrity and also taken enforcement action against a firms' parent financial holding company. The regulator said the failings occurred between Oct. 2021 and May 2024.  Statement is attached....
