UK FCA stresses operational-resilience expectations as Lloyds suffers IT glitch

The FCA release comes as on the same day that Lloyds Bank experienced a major IT glitch with users experiencing difficulty logging into their app and online banking. "We expect firms to protect customer data and be able to respond to and quickly recover from disruption," a spokesperson for the FCA said.
