FCA clarifies reporting requirements after UK listing rule changes

( February 19, 2026, 15:44 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK’s Financial Conduct Authority has clarified the reporting requirements under the new Public Offers and Admissions to Trading Regulations. Under the new regime, issuers must notify a Regulatory Information Service within 60 days of securities being admitted to trading.
