UK's FCA had 281 whistleblowing reports in Q4 last year, acted in 105 cases

( February 16, 2026, 12:54 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK's financial regulator received 281 new whistleblowing reports between October and December 2025, down from 405 in the previous quarter, according to data released by the Financial Conduct Authority on Monday. The reports included 788 allegations, with compliance, fitness & propriety, and organisational culture among the most common concerns.
