Draft report further loosening EU securitization rules put forward by EU lawmaker

The German conservative politician suggests further loosening of the prudential and transparency requirements to boost the securitization framework, as reported by MLex. A first debate on this draft report is scheduled in January among lawmakers of the Economic Affairs Committee.
