ABLV loses ECJ appeal over Single Resolution Board's no-resolution decision

The lender had sought to overturn a ruling by the lower General Court that said the board was correct not to adopt a resolution scheme for the failing bank. Judges at the Eu's highest court backed the SRB’s power to issue a decision against resolution after a "failing or likely to fail" assessment.
