Bank of England to ease bank capital requirements after landmark review

( December 2, 2025, 07:25 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Bank of England is set to ease the capital requirements for banks after a landmark review released on Tuesday. This is equivalent to a CET1 ratio of about 11 percent. The move comes as Britain’s financial regulators have come under pressure to take on more risks and help the sector boost economic growth. Statement is attached....
