EU governments closer to securitization revamp stance with new draft compromises
( November 25, 2025, 15:01 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A common understanding on EU securitization prudential rules was reached on Monday by national experts reviewing the legal proposal on behalf of EU countries. In addition to this compromise, the experts still need to agree on due diligence requirements as part of the revamp of the EU securitization framework.
