JP Jenkins gets UK approval to be second operator of new private stock market

( November 18, 2025, 12:39 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: JP Jenkins has been approved by the UK's financial watchdog to be the UK's second operator of the Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System, or PISCES, a new type of stock market for trading shares in private companies on an intermittent basis. In a statement, the Financial Conduct Authority said discussions were ongoing with other potential PISCES operators after it approved the London Stock Exchange to be the inaugural operator earlier this year.
