US OCC proposes revoking 2025 recovery-planning guidelines for large banks

( October 27, 2025, 21:38 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary:  The US Office of the Comptroller of the Currency today requested comment on a proposal to rescind its recovery planning guidelines for some large national banks, federal savings associations and federal branches. The recovery planning guidelines that went into effect Jan. 1, 2025, and applied to banks with at least $100 billion in assets, would be rescinded.
