Morgan Stanley's stress capital buffer requirement reduced by US Fed

( September 30, 2025, 22:45 GMT | Official Statement) -- The US Federal Reserve unanimously reduced Morgan Stanley's stress capital buffer requirement for this year to 4.3 percent from 5.1 percent. The Fed's stress test process allows banks to request reconsideration of their stress capital buffer requirement, which is the capital requirement stemming from the stress test.
