Former UK bank chief Flowers ordered to pay £184,000 over fraud

Flowers, who was jailed in July 2024 over the fraud, had power of attorney for his friend, who suffered from a brain disorder. A former church minister, Flowers was nicknamed the "crystal Methodist" following a newspaper exposé into his drug taking more than a decade ago, shortly after he resigned from his Co-op position.Statement follows....
