'Finfluencers' appear in UK court over charges of illegal trading promotions

( September 10, 2025, 14:17 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Three so-called "finfluencers" appeared at a London court today to face charges that they had used their social media accounts to illegally promote foreign-exchange trading. Charles Hunter, Kayan Kalipha and Luke Desmariseach each pleaded not guilty to charges brought by the UK's Financial Conduct Authority. They will next appear at Southwark Crown Court next month. Statement follows....
