( August 22, 2025, 22:31 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: UBS and Royal Bank of Scotland must face US antitrust claims brought by two plaintiffs accusing them of conspiring to manipulate the Euribor benchmark, a federal appeals court ruled.
