European financial entities asked to weigh in on internal governance update

The proposed revisions reflect changes in the CRD framework and in other relevant laws, such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act. The guidelines cover issues such as the documentation of companies' management roles, the governance framework of third-country branches, as well as diversity practices and gender-neutral remuneration policies.
