UK plans new guidance on digital identities for anti-money laundering checks

The aim is one of a number of changes proposed as part of a bid to improve the effectiveness of the UK's Money Laundering Regulations. City minister Emma Reynolds said the changes would strengthen the UK's regime by closing loopholes in the existing regulations, addressing new and emerging threats, and clarifying requirements so that they are more targeted and effective.
