EU short-term securities-financing liquidity rules published

( June 25, 2025, 08:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: EU rules on liquidity requirements for short-term securities financing transactions under the Net Stable Funding Ratio have been published in the Official Journal of the EU today. The provisions make permanent a transitional measure under the current EU banking prudential framework, the Capital Requirements Regulation, before it expires on June 28.
