Michigan files antitrust claims against Express Scripts, Prime Therapeutics
( April 28, 2025, 21:52 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel filed a complaint today accusing pharmacy benefit managers Express Scripts and Prime Therapeutics of conspiring to fix and suppress the compensation amounts they pay to non-pharmacy benefit manager-affiliated pharmacies in Michigan for prescription drugs.
