Potential operators of UK private stock exchange receive rules update

( April 10, 2025, 10:42 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: Potential operators of Pisces, the Private Intermittent Securities and Capital Exchange System, have received an update from the UK's Financial Conduct Authority on some changes that will be implemented following the consultation process. The update clarifies some rules around disclosure requirements, and an official paper with the final rules for Pisces will be published in June. “We are aware that potential operators of Pisces require further information on expected changes to the proposed framework to develop their own rulebooks and to engage with their participants,” the FCA said.Statement is attached....
