EU supervisory authorities accept amended digital resilience subcontracting rules

( March 7, 2025, 13:36 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The European Supervisory Authorities — EBA, ESMA and Eiopa — acknowledged the European Commission's changes to the rules on subcontracting under the Digital Operational Resilience Act. The commission had rejected the original draft rules proposed by the authorities, saying that they went beyond their powers given by the law.
