"The revised framework strengthens UK commodity derivatives markets," the Financial Conduct Authority said. "Our final rules and guidance remain focused on ensuring that the regime is sufficiently robust and agile to respond to swiftly changing market events and improve trading venues’ ability to identify risk through additional data reporting, including of OTC data, where appropriate." The rules will come into force on July 6, 2026, to allow trading venues time to get familiar with the rules.Policy statement is attached....
