Shvidler appeals to UK Supreme Court to overturn ‘arbitrary’ sanctions designation

His lawyer told Supreme Court judges today that the “chaotic” process to designate him had secured an arbitrary outcome. The case marks the first time the court has had the opportunity to scrutinize the Russia sanctions regime.
