Rules on financial instruments trading to be further amended in UK

( November 15, 2024, 10:12 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK is set to further amend the UK Markets in Financial Instruments Directive. The finance ministry already launched a review of the framework in 2021 under the previous government. Further steps include giving the Financial Conduct Authority fuller powers of direction in relation to the reporting of over-the-counter positions and delegating to the FCA the establishment of a new regime for transaction reporting. Statement is attached....
