ESMA Board to review its conflicts of interest policy, minutes show

( November 14, 2024, 14:59 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Board of Supervisors of the European Securities and Markets Authority discussed in early October a targeted review of its own rules on conflicts of interest, according to minutes of a meeting published today. Possible changes include greater transparency of board members' financial transactions, new ways of declaring interests in collective investment schemes and unit-linked insurance products, and alignment with rules in place in other EU agencies.
