UK financial sector questions planned government intervention over investment inflows

The review is about consolidating of pension funds to scale up investment and increasing investment in UK assets. Speaking at a conference in London, members of the industry and trade organizations said they were not in favor of mandating investment into specific assets. The UK financial services industry is waiting for more clarity on recently announced pension reforms, with finance minister Rachel Reeves due to make her first address to the industry on Thursday....
