Anthony Hay, Laura Hay and Tim Stewart are accused of engaging in regulated credit agreements, hire agreements and insurance contracts for vacuum cleaners, without authorization, while Premier Finance GB and Proserv GBR collected money from credit and hire customers without authorization.
