UK FCA reopens call for feedback on commercial insurance regulation

( November 4, 2024, 14:20 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK Financial Conduct Authority has reopened until Jan. 10. 2025 a part of a discussion paper on regulating the commercial insurance industry. Firms were expected to provide feedback until mid-September of this year. But some questions have now been re-opened for feedback. "Some respondents said they would like more time to provide us the estimations of impact," the FCA said, arguing that it aims to "carry out a robust assessment of the impact of any changes and to give stakeholders a fair opportunity to provide us with their views."Discussion paper is attached....
