EU member states lay out details of reforms needed for Capital Markets Union

The results of the exercise, which started last June, are intended to pave the way toward the bloc's Capital Markets Union.The EU should reboost securitization, tweak its green finance framework, enhance comparability of the financial data of small and medium enterprises, review its regulation on personal pension products, and develop good practices to support financial literacy, member states representatives have said....
