Finance sector’s bonus policies must align with values, right behavior, UK FCA says

( August 3, 2021, 11:16 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The UK finance industry’s remuneration policies should remain aligned with a firm's business strategy, values and incentivizing the right behavior, while evolving in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the Financial Conduct Authority said in a letter today. Bonus policies should support non-financial values, including targets relating to climate-change policy and diversity and inclusion, the FCA said in a letter to chairs of financial institutions’ remuneration committees.Letter attached....
