UK banks should reconsider branch closures during Covid lockdown, FCA says

The FCA told banks they should consider pausing or delaying new branch closures, particularly if this could have a “significant impact on vulnerable customers.” The regulator’s statement comes after guidance from September 2020 which called on banks to consider the impact of branch closures on customers.Statement follows....
