​Under Trump, SEC likely to keep enforcement focus with minor changes

By Neil Roland ( November 10, 2016, 22:06 GMT | Insight) -- The US Securities and Exchange Commission's enforcement focus will likely stay trained during the Trump administration on insider trading, audit failures and investment adviser and municipal bond violations, with some minor changes possible, former top SEC officials told MLex. One change may be an easing of penalties imposed on wrongdoers.
