Corporate due-diligence compromise reached by political parties in EU Parliament

( April 18, 2023, 08:25 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: A compromise on the EU's corporate due diligence directive, known as CS3D, was reached last night between the political groups in the European Parliament. The negotiations in the judicial affairs committee, chaired by Dutch social democrat lawmaker Lara Wolters, lasted until 3am.
