Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal come under UK regulators’ scrutiny

The Financial Conduct Authority and the Payment Systems Regulator said they are particularly interested to hear about features of digital wallets that might limit competition in payments or otherwise adversely impact service levels, innovation or fees. The FCA and PSR have asked for feedback on whether current or potential future harms could be mitigated through changes to regulation.
