Itrade Global fined EUR1 million by Cypriot securities regulator

( April 13, 2023, 14:14 GMT | Official Statement) -- MLex Summary: The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has imposed a fine of 1 million euros on investment firm Itrade Global, for improper monitoring of its “tied agent” in Spain. This agent "did not take appropriate steps to identify and to prevent or manage conflict of interests, did not act fairly, honestly and professionally when providing investment services to clients, and did not ensure that all information addressed to clients was fair, clear and not misleading," CySEC said.Statement follows....
